There is a big focus on footwork, positioning, and technique during each training session.
Physical Excellence
Maintaining strength, flexibility and endurance is emphasized through outside of the field work. This includes a proper warm up, stretching and doing speed work.
Tactical Awareness
The ability to read the game and have confidence is practiced throughout each session. This includes watching film and learning from past mistakes for the next action.
